A VET was ordered to euthanase a beloved Maltese dog just one day after it went missing. Izzy may have been 17 years old, blind and part deaf, but her unhappy owner said she was also microchipped, and that Canberra authorities should have given her a seven-day grace while they tried to locate her owner.
